We had a really good experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our time here enjoyable. The location was great, allowing us to explore local attractions with ease, though the lack of bellman service was a bit of a downside. Dining options were limited but tasty, and overall, it felt like good value for what we paid.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that the bathtub could have been a bit wider for more comfort.

While the service was generally good, I must say the front desk could have been more informative and welcoming.

8.0/10

My stay at this hotel was mostly positive but had a few drawbacks. The highlight was definitely the friendly service, especially from Andrew, who stood out in his role. However, I was disappointed with the limited hours of the Club Lounge during the weekend. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. It's worth noting that while the atmosphere is generally great, the inconsistency with the lounge hours was frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, but they did have some construction dust around the furnishings and window sills.

Dining

The hotel has great facilities overall, but the restricted hours of the Club Lounge were a letdown and could use improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with impeccable service and a great atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The dining options, however, could use a little improvement; I found the breakfast choices somewhat limited. The location was perfect for enjoying everything The Woodlands has to offer, though the lounge being closed during my stay was a minor inconvenience.

Rooms

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. The location is great, especially for events like the Woodlands Marathon, with beautiful surroundings and proximity to good restaurants. However, the closure of the lounge during the conference was frustrating, especially since I lost out on my breakfast benefit. The rooms were comfortable, but not as luxurious as I expected for the price I paid. Overall, it’s a decent place, but it could definitely improve its service during busy times.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable but felt a bit basic and not as upscale as I expected for a Marriott, especially considering the price.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit inconsistent; while some staff were friendly, I faced issues regarding my breakfast benefit being denied.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect for the marathon, right on the course with lots of dining options nearby.
Dining
5.0
While the food in the restaurant was decent, I was disappointed that my breakfast benefit wasn’t honored during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities seemed adequate, but the closure of the lounge during a major conference meant a lack of amenities that could have enhanced the experience.

The hotel has a fantastic location right on the Woodlands Waterway, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. While the rooms are comfortable and equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, noise can be an issue at night due to thin walls. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although I had a frustrating experience with management regarding billing. Overall, it's a good option for a getaway, but be mindful of noise levels and check-in procedures.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were large and comfortable, featuring a Keurig coffee maker for single-serve coffee, though there was still some construction dust around.
Service
8.0
The staff was generally accommodating, with one standout, Andrew, who provided exceptional service at the lounge and concierge desk.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and along the picturesque Waterway, making it easy to enjoy the area.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was quite good with plenty of options available, but it could benefit from more vegetarian dishes.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities are great, particularly the outdoor areas with fire pits, although they could improve noise insulation in guest rooms.
